2. Chia Pudding:
Soak a cup of
chia seeds in a cup of coconut milk and leave it overnight. In the morning, the
seeds will bloom. Add vanilla extract, maple syrup, or sweetener of your choice
and mix the mixture well. Now, keep it in the fridge and serve it when chilled.

3. Coconut Laddoo:
Mix a cup of
shredded coconut with a cup of khoya (reduced milk solids). Add 1/2 cup of
maple syrup or sweetener according to taste and mix it well. Now, add 1/4 cup
of cashews or almond pieces to it. Shape the mixture into small laddoos and
refrigerate them to cool gradually.

4. Banana Oatmeal Cookies:
Combine a cup of rolled oats and two mashed
bananas together. Add 1/4 cup of maple syrup or sweetener according to taste.
Add some cocoa powder, cashew pieces, and dark chocolate chips to it. Shape the
mixture into cookies and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 15-20 minutes.
